2）Deadline for tender presentation materials submission: 12:00, July 10, 2026 (Friday)

       （Materials shall include: self-owned base preparation status of applicant factory, pesticide residue management measures, quality assurance system, etc.）

3) Tender Meeting: July 21, 2026, Xinghua City, Jiangsu Province

                                    (Participating factories shall submit sealed quotation sheets on site)

     4) Release of tender results: Individual notification to each bidder (allocated quantity and unit price to be confirmed)

* If there are any changes to the schedule or other matters, all participating suppliers will be notified separately.

4. Grounds for Invalid Supplier Selection

1) Fraudulent or obstructive conduct during the tender meeting

2) Submitted materials inconsistent with tender requirements or deemed unqualified

3) Failure to perform the contract or dishonest performance after final selection

4) Other circumstances warranting invalidation of the selection

5. Other Matters

1) Once the supplier for this tender is confirmed, failure to perform the contract will result in disqualification from all future tenders hosted by our company.

2) All participants shall fully understand all relevant terms before joining the tender. Participants shall bear full liability for any losses arising from insufficient understanding or non-compliance.

3) After submitting applications for detailed tender briefings and review documents, only accepted applicants will receive follow-up notifications.
