1. Supply Description: Dried chili and chili powder planted on self-owned chili bases, complying with global pesticide residue standards and requirements.

3. Eligibility to Attend the Briefing Session

  1) Enterprises legally qualified for raw material processing in accordance with relevant laws.

   (Qualification documents: Business License, Export Food Filing Certificate, Base Filing, Pesticide Residue Test Reports, etc.)

  2) Enterprises with no fraud or breach-of-contract records during previous cooperation with our company.

  3) Enterprises capable of meeting the base data and pesticide residue standards required by the Overseas Quality Department for FY2025 (See attached tender document).

  (Sealed): Submit on-site on tender day (May 22)

  3) Company Profile & Brochures, etc.

  4) Other Requirements

    - All bidding documents shall be sent to the designated mailbox before the above deadline, and receipt must be confirmed via phone with the tender contact person

    - Only combined electronic files of all briefing materials are accepted; hard printed copies shall not be handed directly to the contact person

    - Merge all briefing materials into one single file named "Tender Announcement Title - Enterprise Name" (Compressed files are not accepted)

    - All submitted documents will not be returned

7. Supplier Selection Criteria

    Final winning supplier to be selected after comparison of bid price competitiveness

8. Grounds for Invalidating Selected Supplier

  1) Unfair practices or acts disrupting the briefing session during the event

  2) Submitted materials deemed inconsistent with or unsuitable for tender requirements

  3) Failure to perform the contract or dishonest conduct after final selection

  4) Other circumstances requiring invalidation of the selection result

  1) Processing factory introduction (processing capacity, equipment, sales performance, etc.)

  2) Quotation sheet (Seal in advance before attendance)
