1. Demanding Party: Qingdao Nongshim Food Co., Ltd. 

2. Briefing Session Related Matters

  1) Export Freight Forwarding Service Scope: Handle all export procedures for goods traded on FOB Qingdao basis

- Book shipping space with shipping lines or agents designated by the customer (food-grade containers with legal inspection)

- Apply for commodity inspection, customs declaration, container haulage and other formalities, coordinate customs inspection, etc.

- Complete manifest data entry

- Transportation fees shall be issued with 9% VAT special invoice

  2) Import Freight Forwarding Service Scope: Handle import procedures for goods traded on CIF Qingdao basis

- Process shipping document exchange with carriers, customs declaration and inspection after goods arrival, expedited customs clearance with Import Division, resolve issues raised by Inspection Division during cargo examination

- Complete processing trade manual filing and write-off (input data into Golden Customs Phase II System, verify balanced material consumption, etc.)

- Record and manage imported raw materials for processing trade in accordance with manual ledgers

- Apply for duty exemption & reduction equipment approval, coordinate and resolve issues arising from customs manual audits

- Our company is subject to customs processing trade audits every year. The forwarder shall coordinate and resolve issues with Customs Audit Division and Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau once non-compliance occurs

3. Eligibility to Attend the Briefing Session

  1) Enterprises with no legal disqualification records, capable of handling import & export freight forwarding safely and efficiently

(Possess Business License, Tax Registration Certificate, Customs Declaration Unit Registration Certificate, etc.)

  2) Enterprises with no records of breach of contract during previous cooperation with our company 

4. Quotation Method for Briefing Session: Sealed quotation sheet (Submitted via sealed courier)

5. Briefing Session Schedule 

  1) Briefing Session Registration Application: Before 12:00, Tuesday, May 26, 2026

  2) Briefing Session Presentation Materials (P/T) Submission Deadline: Before 12:00, Tuesday, May 26, 2026

  3) Briefing Session Quotation Sheet Submission Deadline: Before 12:00, Thursday, May 28, 2026

  4) Release of Briefing Session Results: Individual notification to each bidder

*All schedule changes will be notified separately

6. Required Briefing Session Documents:

  1) Briefing Session Application Form (Attached template): Submit in advance (before 12:00, May 26, 2026)

  2) Sealed quotation sheet for briefing session confirmation: Before 12:00, Thursday, May 28, 2026

  3) Other requirements

- All bidding documents shall be sent to the designated mailbox before the above deadline, and you must confirm receipt with the bidding contact via phone;

- Only electronic files combining briefing session materials and all above documents are accepted; hard printed copies shall not be submitted directly to the contact person;

- Merge all briefing session materials into one single file for delivery, named as "Tender Announcement Title - Enterprise Name" (Compressed files are not accepted);

- All submitted documents will not be returned

7. Final Service Provider Selection Criteria: 

  1) Successful bidder selection: Tender document review + new supplier evaluation

8. Grounds for Invalidating Selected Supplier

  1) Fraudulent or obstructive conduct during the briefing session

  2) Submitted materials inconsistent with briefing session requirements or deemed unqualified

  3) Failure to perform the signed contract or dishonest performance after final selection

  4) Other circumstances warranting invalidation of the selection result

9. Documents to Be Submitted for Briefing Session (Please organize contents mainly based on the following items) 

  1) Company profile of import & export freight forwarder

  2) Quotation of unit service prices (Detailed breakdown quotation to be provided separately)

  3) Handling plan for customer complaint incidents

10. Other Matters

  1) Once a freight forwarder is selected for this briefing session, failure to perform the contract will result in disqualification from all future tenders hosted by our company.

  2) All participants shall fully read and understand all relevant terms and notes before attending the briefing session. Participants shall bear full liabilities for losses arising from insufficient understanding or non-compliance.
