Food Research Institute

To serve the Group’s foodservice sector and third‑party processing partners, Nongshim Food Qingdao set up its Food Ingredient Research Institute in 2017. Drawing on local raw ingredients, the institute blends authentic Korean tastes and global specialty‑food flavours to actively develop innovative new flavour profiles. Since launch, it has built partnerships with numerous well‑known brands and chain restaurants and earned wide recognition in the industry.
