Qualification Requirements for Electricity Sales Companies:

    1. The electricity sales company shall complete filing with Shandong Power Trading Center.

    2. The registered capital of the electricity sales company shall be no less than RMB 200 million.

    3. The total annual electricity sales volume under agency of the company in 2025 shall exceed 3 billion kWh.

    4. The performance guarantee issued by the electricity sales company to Shandong Power Trading Center shall be no less than RMB 20 million.

    5. No record of fraud or contractual breach.

      1. Tender Contract Term: Jan 01, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026

      2. Bidding documents shall be submitted by post only. Bidding deadline: Dec 01, 2025, subject to postmark date. Submission via email or in-person delivery will not be accepted.

      3. Bidding documents shall include: 1. Business License; 2. Quotation Sheet; 3. Blank Contract (filed contract of Shandong Power Trading Center); 4. Certificates of major agency clients and 2025 annual agency electricity sales volume; 5. Copy of performance guarantee letter.
