4. Invalid Bidder Qualification Circumstances

1. Any fraud or obstructive conduct during the tender process

2. Submitted materials inconsistent with tender requirements or deemed unqualified

3. Failure to perform the contract or dishonest performance after final selection

4. Other circumstances subject to invalidation judgment

5. Other Provisions

1. Any successful supplier failing to perform the contract shall be disqualified from all future tenders hosted by our company.

2. Bidders shall fully understand all relevant provisions and notes before participation; bidders shall bear all liabilities arising from insufficient understanding.

3. Follow-up notifications regarding tender supplementary documents and review materials will only be sent to applicants who have submitted complete application files.
