I. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales and promotion of the company's seasoning products (including Korean-style seasonings, customized seasonings, etc.) in designated areas.

2. Develop new customers including catering chains, food processing factories, distributors, e-commerce and supermarket channels, maintain existing customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

3. Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer demands, competitor trends and industry development, and put forward suggestions for product development and marketing strategies of the company.

4. Assist customers with product application guidance, answer technical questions, provide solutions and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Take charge of contract negotiation, order follow-up, payment collection and after-sales coordination.

6. Regularly submit sales reports, market analysis reports and customer files.

II. Job Requirements

      1. Experience & Background

· College diploma or above, major in Marketing, Food Science, Catering Management or related disciplines is preferred.

· Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in condiments, food raw materials, catering supply chain or FMCG industry; candidates with existing compound seasoning industry resources are prioritized.

· Familiar with procurement procedures of catering channels or food processing enterprises, with practical customer development capabilities.

2. Professional Skills

· Basic knowledge of compound seasonings (application scenarios, formula features, production processes, etc.).

· Strong capabilities in market analysis, negotiation & communication and customer relationship management.

· Able to take short-term business trips; candidates with a driving license are preferred.

3. Personal Qualities

· Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, with pioneering spirit and service awareness.

· Flexible thinking, capable of delivering customized solutions tailored to customer demands.

· Honest, pragmatic and strong team player.
